Terms and Conditions

    • Extras Only
      • Singles - $55 cashback
      • Couple, Family, Extended Family or Single Parent Cover - $75 cashback
• Eligible Plans and Policies are issued by partners of Compare Club. Check the Compare Club website and partner websites for applicable terms, policy documents, Product Disclosure Statements, Target Market Determinations and other important documents before deciding to purchase an Eligible Policy or Plan.
• To be eligible for promotional offers:
  • Individuals must purchase a new Eligible Policy or Plan (defined above) through AMP Rewards during the Offer Period and provide a valid email address;
  • Individuals must be an AMP Rewards member;
  • Individuals must purchase an Eligible Policy or Plan using the tracked URL specified by AMP Rewards or by calling the Compare Club call center on 1300 11 2582 and advising the representative that you are a AMP Rewards member. You must use one of these methods to be eligible for the promotional offer and if purchasing online you must use the tracked URL for your entire purchasing session; and
  • The issuer of the Eligible Policy or Plan must receive full payment, or the first instalment if paying monthly or at other intervals; and
  • if you are a registered AMP rewards member, you must not be in breach of any terms and conditions applying to the program;
  • The start date of the Eligible Policy or Plan must occur during the Offer Period; and
  • The Eligible Policy or Plan must not be lapsed or cancelled within 6 weeks from the purchase of an Eligible Policy or Plan; and
  • AMP Rewards members must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over; and
  • AMP Rewards members must satisfy any terms and conditions specified and disclosed by Compare Club, (
    "Eligible Customer"
    ).
• Variations and renewals to existing policies are excluded from the promotional offers.
• (a) Multiple promotional offers are permitted, subject to one (1) promotional offer per Eligible Policy or Plan. If a policy or plan has two (2) or more policy or account holders, the first policy or account holder named on the policy or plan will be awarded the promotional offer.
• The promotional offer will be deposited into an Eligible Customer's digital wallet in the AMP Rewards App where they are a registered AMP Rewards program member.
• For AMP Rewards program members, Citro will use all reasonable endeavours to credit the cashback to your AMP Rewards digital wallet within 6 weeks of your purchase of an Eligible Policy or Plan.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the identity and eligibility of each Eligible Customer, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who Citro has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of this promotional offer, including any activity designed to manipulate the cashback offer system. Any promotional offers obtained through such conduct become immediately repayable to Citro and Citro may recover these amounts from you including by initiating a charge on any linked card on your registered AMP Rewards account. Failure by Citro to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Citro's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
• If there is a dispute, Citro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make a reasonable determination. Citro's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Eligible Customers will be notified of the issuing of the promotional offer.
• If there is Incomplete information (including where an email address provided is invalid) the Eligible Policy or Plan will not be eligible for the promotional offer.
• If an Eligible Customer does not redeem a promotional offer at the time stipulated by Citro, then the promotional offer (or that element of the promotional offer) will be forfeited.
• If any promotional offer (or part of any promotional offer) is unavailable, Citro, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the promotional offer (or that part of the promotional offer) with an offer to the equal value and/or specification.
• Promotional offers, or any unused portion of promotional offer, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
• If this promotional offer is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to reasons beyond the control of Citro, Citro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotional offer, as appropriate in the circumstances.
• Citro collects personal information (
  "PI"
  ) in order to conduct the promotional offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Receipt of a promotional offer is conditional on providing this PI. In addition to any use that may be outlined in Citro's Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for the purpose of conducting this promotional offer, research and profiling purposes and sending electronic messages, offers and information to each Eligible Customer.
