Terms and Conditions

Promoter

Citrus Innovations Pty Ltd (ABN 25 667 285 654) of Level 24, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Citro) is the promoter of this promotion.

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST on 15 May 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Offer

Eligible Members will receive access to double passes redeemable at participating Strike Bowling and Holey Moley venues (“Double Passes”).

Each Double Pass is valid for:

one (1) game of Strike Bowling; or
one (1) round of 9 holes at Holey Moley.

The total value of the Double Passes is AUD $24.

Eligibility

This Offer is available to all registered AMP Rewards members (“Eligible Members”).

To qualify, Eligible Members must be registered in the AMP Rewards system and provide a valid email address via the free Funlab deal offer displayed in the Deals section of the AMP Rewards app or desktop experience during the Promotional Period.

For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion applies only to the free double pass Offer above and excludes any other FunLab offers listed on AMP Rewards.

Limit of two Offers per AMP Rewards Eligible Member.

How to Qualify

To qualify, Eligible Members must during the Promotional Period:

Be registered AMP Rewards members; and
Provide a valid email address via the free Funlab deal offer displayed in the Deals section of the AMP Rewards app or desktop experience.

Email addresses submitted outside of the free Funlab deal offer, or via any other method, will not be eligible.

Engagement with the standalone Holey Moley or Strike Bowling deals does not qualify for this promotion.

Failure to provide a valid email address in accordance with these requirements will result in ineligibility for the Offer.

Redemption

Double Passes can be redeemed at participating Strike Bowling and Holey Moley venues.

Double Passes will be sent to the Eligible Member’s nominated email address within 10 business days of valid submission via the free Funlab deal offer.

Double Passes expire on 31 December 2027.

Redemption is subject to venue availability, booking requirements, and any applicable venue-specific conditions.

Double Passes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and cannot be resold or combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise.

Email Requirement

A valid email address must be submitted via the free Funlab deal offer to deliver and activate the Double Passes.

AMP Rewards is not responsible for non-delivery of emails due to incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the member.

General

AMP Rewards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

AMP Rewards and participating venues accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in this promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Citro reserves the right to disqualify any person from the Offer who is ineligible or engages in any unfair or improper conduct.

By participating in this promotion, Eligible Members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
